At Galw Gofal we provide a bilingual, Welsh/English, 24/7 emergency call monitoring service to help protect older or vulnerable people in their own homes. We have over 30 years’ experience of Telecare call monitoring service provision. We offer a customer focused service that promotes safety, security and independence. Designed to help you
Our alarm receiving centre is purpose built in line with BS 8591 code of practice for remote centres receiving signals from alarm systems. We operate a state of the art Alarm Receiving Centre in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. Our site is manned to ensure an uninterrupted 24/7 call monitoring service. Our highly trained team work to strict codes of practice for customer care and data confidentiality. All staff are security screened in line with BS 7858 ensuring all our customers are served with the highest integrity.
Our service is future proofed allowing opportunities for innovation with the use of the latest technology enabling care to support independence and wellbeing. We work closely with our partners and industry suppliers to ensure the latest technology is available that may be tailored to suit your individual need.
We utilise the latest call handling system to receive analogue or digital calls from a wide range of assistive technology used in the delivery of health and social care. The system is compatible with all existing analogue protocols plus the new SCAIP and NOW IP digital protocols.
