Galw Gofal Upgrading Call Handling Platform to Enovation UMO
We are excited to share that Galw Gofal will be upgrading our call handling platform to the Enovation UMO platform, with the new system scheduled to go live on 17th September 2025. This upgrade represents a significant step forward in how we support our service users. The Enovation UMO platform is a modern, flexible system that will enhance our ability to respond efficiently and reliably to calls, offering improved functionality for our operators and greater resilience across our services. As part of the project we will also be upgrading our Telephony systems to the AVAYA platform in conjunction with Maintel Communications services.
We want to reassure all our service users and partners that no service interruption is expected during the transition. Continuity of care and support remains our top priority. This project is being delivered with the valued support of TEC Cymru, and we’re confident that the move to Enovation UMO will bring lasting benefits to both our team and the people we serve.
