Care Connect provides a bilingual 24/7 call monitoring service, with the latest call handling system, to enable the use of a wide range of Assistive Technology to support delivery of health and social care.

Our aim is to help protect vulnerable people in their own homes or in the workplace by offering an accessible call monitoring service that promotes safety, security and independence.

The service operates over two sites in Llangefni, Anglesey and Colwyn Bay, Conwy. Both sites are fully manned. The sites may work simultaneously or independently of each other and can ensure robust business continuity within the area.


Care Connect is an accredited Services. Telecare Services Association 2013 Integrated Code of Practice for Telecare call monitoring and Telehealth Monitoring.
